Sessions are only 15mins which means there is only gives 5mins between each session. We are asking you to be on time, dressed and ready to start photos as soon as you walk in. Previous years we had been lenient and allowed last minute touches of adding headbands, changing into clothes and allowing you guys to be late. You will need to come organised and efficient and ready for your photos otherwise unfortunately you will run out of time.

Payment is required via bank transfer once you have successfully recieved your booking confirmation.

Payment is required within 24hrs of your booking. If payment is not received your session will be cancelled. 

A 15 min private session with a visit from Santa. 

5 Digital Images via the online gallery.

Additional Digital Image Files are available for purchase for $25 per digital image. This can be added when viewing your gallery.

Sessions are up to 15 min shoot time. Timings are very strict, your session will end 15 mins after your official start time, even if you are late. Sessions are back to back with a 5 min clean up/re-set between each session so the day does and will run on time. Please arrive prior to your official start time to ensure your children are out of the car, settled and ready. Sessions are private so on arriving early please respect the privacy of the customers before you.

On the day you will be notified if we need to reschedule due to weather. We photograph outdoors and the weather can be unpredicatble especially when scheduling far in advance so please note when booking your date there may be a reschedule if we have poor weather. 

 One session per family. Each session is for Siblings/Parents/Grandparents only.  

NO COUSIN SESSIONS

All ages are most welcome! However if you have a child/ren who are unable to sit up by themselves on any and/or all of the props you will be required to be in the photos to assist. So don't forget to dress yourself too! The sets have the most exquisite props. These props (rocking horse, sleigh and car) are not always suitable for older children but please know you are still able to have photos at the teepee and the main christmas setting. 

Please ensure all children are dressed and ready for the shoot. There will be no time for outfit changes or dressing your child once you enter the Magical Garden. 

  Should the photographer become sick and your session day cannot go ahead you will receive a full refund. The photographer will also try to arrange a new date that you would get first preference on.

If you are unwell and are unable to attend your session, I must be notified no later than 8am the morning of your session. If you notify me later then this your session will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund.

  No refunds for change of mind or change of your availability.  I cannot swap or change session times after booking as this is an automated system for booking the shoots. Please check your diary and only book your day and time if you know it suits your family.

The images are all professionally edited before being uploaded to your private viewing gallery. Your gallery will be sent to your email within four weeks of your session. There will be instructions on the email on how to select your 5 images and/or any extras you may wish to purchase. All galleries have an expiration date and you will no longer have access to your gallery from the 18th December 2026. It is important you download and make multiple copies onto external storage. Your images won't be available again after the 18th December 2026. 

 A more relaxed Christmas session, perfect for families whose children are a little older and no longer need all the magic and activities of our traditional Santa experience in the garden.

Sessions will be 5-10minutes  

Santa will remain present for the entire session for the opportunity to have photos with and without Santa.  

Please do not book this session if your children are afraid of Santa or are unlikely to be comfortable with Santa being present throughout the session.
