 Sessions are up to 10 min shoot time (shoots are spaced 5 minutes apart to give time to clean up/re-set up between each session). Timings are very strict, your session will end 10 mins after your official start time, even if you are late. Sessions are back to back with a 5 min clean up/re-set between each session so the day does and will run on time. Please arrive prior to your official start time to ensure your children are out of the car, settled and ready. Sessions are private so on arriving early please respect the privacy of the customers before you and wait before entering the premises.  

  One session per family. Each session is for immediate family only.  

NO COUSIN SESSIONS  

In the case a session is not able to go ahead due to wether conditions, Alexis will advise the morning of the scheduled sessions and an alternative date will be arranged. 

 All ages are most welcome! However if you have a child/ren who are unable to sit up by themselves you will be required to be in the photos to assist. So don't forget to dress yourself too!  

 Please ensure all children are dressed and ready for the shoot. There will be no time for outfit changes or dressing your child.

   Should the photographer become sick and your session day cannot go ahead you will receive a full refund within 48 hours once confirmation of your bank details have been received. The photographer will also try to arrange a new date that you would get first preference on.  No refunds for change of mind or change of your availability. 

If you are unwell and are unable to attend your session I must be notified no later than 7am the morning of your session. If you notify me later then this your session will be forfeited and a new session booking will need to paid for again. 

  I cannot swap or change session times after booking as this is an automated system for booking the shoots. Please check your diary and only book your day and time if you know it suits your family.  Should NSW be put into a lockdown that forces the sessions to not be able to go ahead you will receive a full refund once that information is 100% confirmed.   

 The images are all professionally edited before being uploaded to your private viewing gallery. Your gallery will be sent to your email within three weeks of your session. There will be instructions on the email on how to select your 5 images and/or any extras you may wish to purchase. All galleries have an expiration date and you will no longer have access to your gallery from the 31st March 2024. It is important you download and make multiple copies onto external storage. Your images won't be available again after the 31st March 2024.
